with syncing your mobile phone, or you need to move Fingertips to another computer.

As software developers, we can help with the software and provide you with an excellent service for only £149 + VAT per year. Support renewals for existing customers are priced at £99 + VAT per year

For this small cost, we will provide:

• a telephone and email help desk facility, open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
• telephone support, providing you with guidance and explaining any queries you may have.
• remote support by connecting easily and securely to your PC via the Internet.
• friendly, helpful and experienced support staff.
• access to our Plus web site portal.

The support will also entitle you to receive updates for small service releases throughout the year.
